Google's next Pixel line-up could be priced this way, as revealed in the latest Pixel 11 price leak. To put it simply, prices are increasing, and so is the amount of storage you can get for your money.

Dealabs, a source with a solid history when it comes to pricing and pre-order information, is the source of the leak. Google intends to completely remove the 128GB base storage option. All Pixel 11 models will be available in 256GB storage, while the Pixel 11 Pro models will have a maximum of 1TB on offer for those who wish for it.

What the Pixel 11 Could Cost

Now things start to get a bit dull. The family's prices are forecast to increase by around €100 across Europe. The base storage is doubled, and much of that is offset by the increase in the standard Pixel 11 and Pixel 11 Pro. You would be paying what the 256GB models would have cost you last year - you're new starting point.

The Pixel 11 Pro XL and Pixel 11 Pro Fold aren't benefiting from that silver lining. Both appear to be facing straight price increases on top of the storage bump.

Last year's Pixel 10 had a base price of €899 and the Pixel 10 Pro went for €1,099, both with 128GB of storage. After comparing the base models side by side, the difference in price between the 256GB models becomes relatively negligible. This is not the case for the Pro XL or Pro Fold. Both of these are just becoming more expensive.

European prices are not always convertible to U.S. prices. The US version of the car may be different, though, from time to time, so there's still a chance that the US line isn't going to see the same price increase. Until Google says so, nothing is confirmed.

Color Options Across the Lineup

The leak also provides some clues into the colour options for each model. The default Pixel 11 will come in four colors: Light Sterling (gray), Midnight Haze (black), Fuchsia (pink), and Moss (green).

The Pixel 11 Pro and Pro XL get a slightly altered palette of colors: Light Fog (white), Midnight Haze (black), Dune (pink), and Pine (green). For the Pixel 11 Pro Fold, the only colours you'll find are Midnight Haze and Pine. For those seeking 1TB storage on any Pro model, there's only Midnight Haze available.

The reason for the changes in storage.

Google isn't alone here. Both Apple and Samsung have already announced their own 128GB base specifications with their flagship phones. Whether it's because of the price of the memory chip, or because of the desire to maximize the productivity and revenue from each unit, manufacturers are moving toward more minimum capacities overall, which includes some of this cost.

256GB is actually a more useful storage capacity for the majority of users. Photos, videos and apps take up space quickly and running out of space on the go is no fun. The drawback is the initial cost is more, but the value per gigabyte is approximately equal.

Pixel 11 Release Date

August 11, 2026 is believed to be the date of the announcement, and pre-orders are expected to start on the same day. The film will be released expanded on August 20, 2026. This aligns with Google's recent tendency of releasing Pixel phones in late summer as opposed to October.

Wait for Official Confirmation?

Google hasn't officially announced any of this, so these are more like rumors that it will announce in the near future. Pricing speculation can change until the last minute before release, particularly in relation to regions, if they are not determined.

If you need an upgrade, it's best to wait for the official announcement in August. There you will know exactly what you are paying for, whether or not the additional storage is a value added for your requirements for a specific amount of money.
